This is the most beautiful part of JitW for me. Organic decsion making process based on who has motivation and love to be present in the moment when somethig needs ot be done and decided upon. JitW is fueled on love of members to keep this extended community alive. – zvi b
We’re still figuring this out. We are striving to create a community in which each of us is learner, a teacher, and an organizer, in which each of us brings our spark to ignite the communal fire, in which communal experiences are created by all of us, together. How this actually goes down, logistically, has been changing dramatically over time…it is sometimes clumsy, sometimes tense, sometimes graceful, sometimes ecstatic, always mysterious and holy and beautiful and growing. This is not something we have arrived at, but something we are coming into. – ari j

JITW decision making occurs in, among, and around the community, by the community. It occurs through long obscure list serve discussions, meetings at our gatherings and eventually by the comfy chairs who have volunteered to run a specific event. – toni b
